- Description:
Square bottle, round mouth, long neck, square shoulder fold down, long barrel body, flat bottom. The upper circle and lower part are shaped according to the shape concept of Cong shaped bottle. The flat bottom has a square navel in the center, and the regular script of the transparent underglaze blue and white book “Made in the reign of Emperor Kangxi of the Qing Dynasty” is inside. The font and brushwork are casual, which are works of civilian kilns in the Kangxi period. White glaze is applied inside the vessel and no glaze is applied outside. After being fired at a high temperature, the outer wall of the unglazed plain body is decorated with the outline of coke ink hook and stipple, and then painted with green leaves, yellow and purple summer lotus, autumn chrysanthemum, hibiscus and other four season flowers. The green body is left blank for plum blossom, and butterflies and birds shuttle through it. The flowers and leaves have distinct colors, and the glaze has different shades, which makes the patterns have a sense of yin and yang facing back. Carefully avoid ornamentation, and fill in ink that is as bright as paint. The color is covered with a layer of transparent milky white lead glaze. This kind of work with low temperature lead glaze on the high temperature plain body is the feature of the plain tricolor in the Kangxi period
