Steamed cake style, child and mother mouth, round foot. The whole device is decorated with filigree enamel technique. Light blue is used as the ground. It is decorated with lotus patterns and geometric patterns on the feet. On the bottom, there is a horizontal single line regular script made in the year of Qianlong, and a word “city”. Zhongfa 66, 67 and 68 are a group.
