The bottom is engraved with “Qianlong Year System” box regular script. Qing Palace Works, Qianlong Period. The folded disc is decorated with blue ground filigree enamel. The metal wire is fine and the enamel material is thick and fresh. The center of the plate is a symbol of ten phases of freedom. The edge of the plate is decorated with Sanskrit around it. The inner and outer wall of the plate are patterns of eight auspiciousness and seven political treasures between cloud patterns. “Ten aspects of freedom” is a pictorial character composed of seven Sanskrit characters and three patterns. It contains all kinds of auspiciousness and blessings in the world. It is also a common symbol of prayer in Tibet.
