Qing Palace Works, 18th Century. At the beginning of the extinction of the Buddha, there was no custom of worshiping statues. Believers often used symbols as symbols of the Buddha. The Baogai was one of the eight blessings of Buddhism. It was originally used to cover the sun and rain. Ancient emperors and eminent monks often had servants to hold the Baogai when they went out. It was used for honor, and was also a symbol of the noble status of the Buddha before his life. It was also extended to the Buddha’s freedom and recovery of all living beings.
