    The bottle is made of garlic mouth, neck tied, shoulder sloping, belly hanging, and feet looped. Because the mouth of the bottle is bulging into a convex petal shape, it is called “garlic bottle”. The whole vessel is painted with white glaze, with stones, green bamboos, peach trees and willows painted on it. There are twin swallows flying and paired ribbon birds perching on the willow trees. The twin swallows both open their mouths and fly in different postures, forming a dynamic contrast with the rest ribbon birds, adding scenery and business. The painted animals and plants, except willow leaves, are represented in a boneless way. The other shapes are outlined and filled with color. Among them, stones and branches are added with several lines at the edge of the outline to emphasize texture and three-dimensional sense. The painting is quite meticulous. There are two lines in ink on the blank part of the neck: “The jade cut through the flowers, and the neon dress brings the moon back.” The poem is taken from the poem of Shen Shixing (1535-1614) of the Ming Dynasty.
