  • Dynasty: Qing dynasty
  • Category: Ceramics
  • Function: Container
  • Material: Mineral/ceramic/porcelain
  • Description:
The shape is the same as before. Two long and short carnations are painted on the white glaze inside, and the outer wall is decorated with lines on the blue ground. There are curly grass patterns around the mouth edge and the foot, two folded flowers on the belly, and lotus petal patterns around the bottom. The ground of the blue glaze is covered with fine flake patterns, with opaque bubbles and brown eyes, and the white lines of the line carving patterns are filled with bubbles of different sizes. The tire is delicate and white, thin and transparent. In the blue material on the bottom of the vessel, “Made in the year of Qianlong” is a four character, two line imitation Song typeface regular script without a frame or circle. It may be the “porcelain body painting enamel white crocus blue ground tea bell, a pair” in the account book of “Archives of Enamel, Glass, Yixing and Magnetic Body Display”. It is also recorded in the tent that “porcelain body painting enamel white crocus blue ground tea bell, a pair” is also hidden in our hospital, with the same decoration and size.
