Gold plated mouth, double ears, short neck, flat abdomen, flat bottom, three feet. The whole device is decorated with the technique of filigree enamel, with light blue ground, a circle of cloud patterns on the neck, four groups of chrysanthemum patterns on the abdomen, twig flower and leaf patterns on the gap, chrysanthemum patterns and twig flower patterns on the bottom, exposed feet, and chrysanthemum petal patterns on the upper edge. Zhongfa 63, 64 and 65 are a group.
