    Skull bowl, outer wall light yellowish brown. The rim and inner wall are inlaid with gold and silver lining. It was also pasted with a yellow sign saying, “On November 26, the 28th year of Qianlong’s reign, I handed over a Gabla bowl, which is Huo Jizhan”. The mouth margin is carved with patterns and inlaid with coral, turquoise, etc. The patterns appear alternately with three patterns and twig flowers, which surround the mouth margin. Turquoise and coral are inlaid in the center of the flower. The Gabla bowl is made from the skull of a person who made a vow before his death. After strict examination and approval by the Great Lama, it is made into a utensil and presented to the Buddha.
