It is a sharp silk ribbon tied to the chest, narrow at the top and wide at the bottom. Its shape is similar to the present tie, but it can reach to the knee. The upper end has a hanging ring, which can be fixed on the button of the gown. The ring is made of silk tapers with pendants, such as a monitor, a tube, a bell, and a tassel. The clothes of empresses and imperial concubines are green, embroidered with grain, worn with proverbs and tubes, and bright yellow ribbons. The silk thread used by the imperial concubine is golden yellow, and the embroidery of the imperial concubine is glossy ganoderma and auspicious grass. I am the same as the imperial concubine. The concubines are not embroidered. This piece is a colorful embroidery. It is embroidered with butterfly patterns on blue silk. It is tied to the sash. It is decorated with a lapis lazuli knife, a small tube, etc., and tied with an enamel flower knot. The Manchu women’s custom wearing scarves, in addition to the standardized style of wearing the crown and clothes, can also be worn when wearing auspicious clothes and regular clothes as decorations.
