A round gold pocket watch is fastened with a U-shaped ring for wearing and hanging. The dial is white, with one gold-plated hour hand and one minute hand, and Arabic numerals in blue font representing time. The back of the watch case is inlaid with enamel painting in the center, which depicts the sea scenery. On the sea, there is a Western boy riding naked on the back of a big fish. The front edge of the watch is decorated with pearls, and the back is painted with enamel, with several rows of large and small pearls. There are two yellow tags attached to the form.
